If you don't get result between 3 months to 12 months then you can return your stone, but below are the conditions should be match must.


यदि आपको 3 महीने से 12 महीने के बीच परिणाम नहीं मिलता है तो आप अपना स्टोन वापस कर सकते हैं, लेकिन नीचे दी गई शर्तें पूरी होनी चाहिए।



Terms & Conditions :


1. Stone cannot be returned back before 12 months.


2. Stone can be return only between 12 months to 13 months from the date you signature the agreement.


3. Before 12 months you can’t return the stone and after 13 months you can’t return the stone for forever. You have only time to return the stone between 12 months to 13 months from the date you signature the agreement.


4. If all above condition matches with our criteria then you will get 80% of your stone amount back, 20% will get deduct as a stone return charges process of 45 working days


5. Every Astrologer is different with their knowledge, prediction, remedies, solutions and opinion and all these differ as per their knowledge. It also depends how much you believe your Astrologer and their guidance. There is no guarantee or warranty to it.


6. Please note that this contract strictly limits our liability and ajattsolutions.com does not provide warranties for the service. The contract also limits your remedies. Astrology is an evolving body of knowledge, with experiences and original research being contributed by astrologers from around the world.


7. Ajatt Oberoi Astrology Center gives you the Crystal Stone made with Mantras, a stone that gives you benefits for life as guided at the time of consultation.


8. If we both the parties agrees to the terms and condition then we can go ahead and sign the bond.


9. I   saw the stones and I am Fully Satisfied with stone qualities

Such recommendations are being made in good faith by the astrologers and www.ajattsolutions.com or Ajatt Oberoi Astrologer and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected. You are required to make full disclosure about the emotional, mental and physical state of the person seeking advice from the panel of astrologer of www.ajattsolutions.com or Ajatt Oberoi Astrologer so that the astrologer makes an informed judgment about giving advice.

Disputes:

Any claim in relation to this agreement or in connection therewith shall be filed with opposite party within 24 months from the date when the claim first could be filed. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the services you further agree that the disputed matter will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of MUMBAI, India.
